My name is Phyllis Ballantyne and I am an executive & business coach with over 15 years of senior management experience.

My corporate background is in management within the computer, service and distribution industries, coaching and developing my teams. My experience includes strategic management responsibilities, European customer account management, utilizing business and IT solutions, worldwide project management, middle manager development coaching and business consultant for SME.

Throughout my career I was rapidly promoted within the companies I worked for, I remember vividly how daunting it was to be given a promotion with everyone watching you and great things expected and very little guidance or support given.

Now I am a business owner I totally understand the demands of running a business.

How do you keep focused and motivated when there seems to be so many things to do?

There are times when I feel really challenged and it would be all too easy to give up but my unshakable believe and passion that I was born to be a coach keeps me going.

I am a dynamic, focused and passionate individual who believes in helping you help yourself and will make you think out of the box in a safe and confidential environment.

I have a Diploma in Coaching from The Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest coaching organisation.
